There is a time in your life when you need to take your life serious, but as the years fly by you realize......it is what it is......and we all die sooner or later. Cleaning and getting ready for bridge tomorrow night.
"Imagine there is a bank account that credit's your account each morning with $86,400.00. It carries over no balance from day to day. Every evening the bank deletes whatever part of the balance you failed to use during the day. What would you do? Draw out every cent, of course. Each of us has such a bank. It's name is time. Each morning it credits you with 86,400 seconds. Every night it writes off what is lost, whatever of this you have failed to invest to a good purpose. It carries over no balance. It allows no over draft. Each day it opens a new account for you. Each night it burns the remains of the day. If you fail to use the day deposits, the loss is yours. There is no drawing against tomorrow."
I try very hard to live every day in the present on today's deposit. We should invest it so as to get from it the most in health, happiness and success. The clock is running out for many of us, so make the most of each day.
"About all I can say for the U.S. Senate is that it opens with prayer and closes with an investigation." (Will Rogers)
