TURNING OLD.....

Seems every day is the same.....the world has turned into masks and rubber gloves.  I went to the dermitologist today....had to have my temperature taken and my hands washed down before I could even get into the building....then stay 6 feet from the person that checked me in and then  find a chair six feet from anyone ...did get to see cute dr Powell.....he bio-ed a place on my arm and burned off a half dozen places on my face.....tomorrow my boob Dr.....been a long three months for me.
The TV....computer and I-pad have saved my life ......during this stay in place.....order.  My nails are a mess and I went in last weekend and had them start me on the road to 'GREY HAIR'......This whole ordeal has changed me into the old lady I have tried not to be......I am enjoying my front porch and my Patio....thanks to the help of my girls planting and putting new furniture together. The little humming birds are so fun to watch....I guess these pictures about cover my exciting vacations.

PEEK-A-BOO.....

This picture made my day....Don locked up in re-habe.....Pam took his mail over to him and could not go in of course......I guess the windows are nailed so they just open a little.....but Pam had her mask on and Don didn't' have his hearing aids in so and had a big bush between them.....he is not happy about being locked up and I don't know for how long it will be.  Toni is in another place because she tested positive for CDV19......And is waiting for a back and neck operation....then who knows where they will end up.
WHAT GOES ROUND....COMES ROUND!

MEMORIAL DAY....

Memorial Day was a busy day around the country....parades.....flags ....speeches....and remembering  all those who made our country free.....For me it was just another quiet day.....but in my heart I miss all the brave people who made it a nice quiet...safe day for me.  The cemetaries are covered with flowers .....flags and baloons.....each family remembering their own.
My sweet Brayden came to town to work on his project and we had lunch together......I miss my roommates.

DEAD HORSE POINT....

Cannot count the times.....since I graduated in 1950 and went to BYU.....that I drove by the sign of Dead Horse Point....always wondering if we would find dead horses there....well on a trip to Colorado last week.....Leslie and I finally took an hour and drove up to see the view from the Point.....nice drive and finally seeing what is in my back door after tripping around the world .....The sign draws you in....curious  I guess.
Had a fun after noon with Pam today....we found a restrauant that would let you in to sit down and eat....the world is opening up....then up to the Cook's houseing  area....they have built some great homes and I am proud of them,  Yesterday Sherrie spent the afternoon with me....we took a trip to Costco.....yes we got toilet paper..... and grabbed some lunch at Wendy's and ate on my patio.....they were off to Lake Powell for the Memorial Day celebration..Been so great to have company and doing some shopping these two weeks.

ALPHA AND OMEGA

Jim and I taking five on a pretty bench.....the headstone of one of our cousins...Freda Louise Yeomans.  She died of cancer like her father Uncle Fred Yeomans.  We put flowers on 18 family members in this little town cemetary.
