NOT KIDDING....GETTING UP AIN'T EASY ANY MORE! The only problem for me I don't have a big dog or a cat for it to chase......so I just rock back nd forth till I get up the speed to leap up....takes a few minutes.....
Was reading Dr Dyer and have to agree with him....Every thing you do is based on the choices you make......It,'s not your parents , your past relationships, your job, the economy, the weather, an argrument, or your age that is to blame......You and only you are to blame.....for every choice and decision you make....some of my decisions have got me turning "old"....darnit!...I guess "It is....what it is"
